KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 13 — The High Court here today dismissed a judicial review application by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad for him and his lawyer to be present during the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) proceedings on the handling of the Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks, and South Ledge sovereignty issues.

SINGAPORE, Jan 7 — The Malaysia-Singapore Joint Technical Committee on the Implementation of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Judgement on Pedra Branca, Middle Rocks, and the South Ledge (MSJTC) continues to be an important platform for both countries to have constructive discussions on outstanding matters.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 6 — Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad filed a judicial review application at the High Court here yesterday seeking publicly conducted proceedings of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the handling of issues related to the sovereignty of Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge.

PUTRAJAYA, Jan 24 — The Cabinet today agreed to establish a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to study the issues related to the sovereignty of Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge.

PUTRAJAYA, Nov 14 — The Cabinet on October 29 has agreed to form a special task force to review the actions and legal issues regarding the Pulau Batu Puteh (Pedra Branca), Middle Rocks and South Ledge case.
